Infinix Philippines has announced the availability and pricing of its latest smartphone, the S5 Pro, in the country through its Facebook post. The Infinix S5 Pro sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ full-screen display, MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, triple rear cameras with 48MP, 2MP, and QVGA sensors; 40MP front camera, and 4,000mAh battery. This is set to Launch on Shopee and Lazada on October 9 at 12 AM. Infinix Mobility, a smartphone brand based in Hong Kong entered the Philippine market last month with the Infinix Hot Note - a 5.5-inch device with a MediaTek octa-core CPU, Android Lollipop, and a 4,000mAh battery. What the XUI brings to the table are the company's proprietary apps like the Xender which lets you wirelessly transfer images, videos, files, even installed APKs to another Xender to another Infinix smartphone or PC. And HotKnot, which works like NFC, lets you easily transfer files between two Infinix devices in close proximity. We were told that Infinix Mobility is already testing Android 6.0 Marshmallow for their devices including the Hot Note. When the time comes that it has to be charged, the Hot Note supports quick charging (Infinix Mobility calls it Flash Charging) and can replenish the battery from 0% to 100% in under two hours.
