Intel has announced their most powerful desktop processor yet - the Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition with up to 10 cores. The Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition processor is aimed at gamers and enthusiasts. It sports 10 cores clocked at 3GHz and coupled with Intel's Turbo Boost Max Technology 3 which help optimize single-threaded performance by identifying your processor's fastest core and directing your most critical workloads to it. Intel says that with the Extreme Edition processor, paired with high-end SSD's and discrete graphics cards, users can experience vivid 4K gameplay as well as enjoy VR technology like Oculus Rift and the HTC Vive. GPD has updated its MicroPC 2 handheld computer with a newer Intel Core 3 N350 processor. Although the newer Intel Core 3 N350 processor is not available just yet in the Philippines, there is an Intel N250 processor. MSI unveils the next-gen Claw 8 EX AI+ gaming handheld at COMPUTEX 2026, making it one of the first devices to feature Intel’s new Arc G3 Extreme graphics technology. The new CHUWI CoreBook Air, a lightweight Copilot+ PC powered by Intel’s Lunar Lake platform, has been launched by CHUWI.
