Apple has launched the newest iOS update for iPhones and iPads, the iOS 14.2. According to the report of Emojipedia, the iOS 14.2 update has over 100 emojis, including Bubble Tea, Transgender Flag, Pinched Fingers, Smiling Face with Tear, and more. The iOS 14.2 also includes unique features such as detecting people nearby and their distance through the LiDAR sensor for iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max, intercom support for HomePod and HomePod Mini using iOS devices, optimized battery charging for AirPods, headphone audio level notifications, and AirPlay controls. These models are no longer eligible for modern iOS updates, making this release especially important for users who still rely on them.
