#iOS 15.1 compatible devices

Apple has officially released iOS 15.1 and iPadOS 15.1, the first major updates to the iOS 15 operating that was released in September 2021. iOS 15.1 includes SharePlay, which is designed to enable users to call their friends and family and interact by watching movies and TV or listening to music together, and it also has a built-in screen-sharing feature. The iOS 15.1 and iPadOS 15.1 updates can be downloaded on all eligible devices over-the-air in the Settings app. Apple has released iOS 12.5.8 to keep key services like iMessage, FaceTime, and device activation working on older Apple devices that can no longer upgrade to newer versions of iOS. iOS 12.5.8 and iPadOS 12.5.8 are available for a limited list of devices, including the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 3, and the sixth-generation iPod touch.
