Now, for iOS 18.2, Apple is aiming to bring over more AI-powered features in early December. Gurman says that the aforementioned iOS 18.2 update will likely come in the first week of December. These models are no longer eligible for modern iOS updates, making this release especially important for users who still rely on them. This update comes more than three years after the last iOS 12 release in January 2023.
