Apple has just launched the iPadOS with software version 13.1 for iPad users. The iPadOS replaces iOS on iPads, and will still benefit from the new updates of iOS 13. Called Multiple Captions on a Carousel, the update gives users more flexibility when sharing stories, tutorials, product showcases, and other multi-slide content. Now with the update, captions shift on the go, as viewers swipe across each image or video, so the meaning feels more tuned to what’s on that specific slide. The update will start rolling out to users on May 19 through an automatic app update. Called "PDF Spaces," the update enables users to upload documents, internet links, and personal notes, which they can use with an AI assistant to produce summaries, presentations, and audio summaries. The feature also supports branding, automatic updates when files change, and engagement tracking, such as views and user activity.
