itel Philippines has announced their newest smartphone under 10,000 pesos with the itel CITY 100. itel is set to launch the itel CITY 100 here in the Philippines. In this time, I personally feel the decreasing need of launchers especially since new Android versions are big improvements - not to mention the improving skins of Android OEMs such as Sense & TouchWiz. It brings several new features and refinements ahead of the public beta launch in July and the official release later this year.
