Interested buyers can already place a pre-order for the said handset starting today and will be able to get it at a “special pre-order” price of Php10,999 with a free Kata powerbank to further sweeten the deal. HONOR Philippines has made the HONOR X7e available in the country through Lazada. The smartphone is currently offered as a Lazada exclusive, with the 6GB + 128GB variant carrying an official retail price of PHP 14,999. A limited-time promotion also brings the price down to as low as PHP 10,971. Today, we’re looking at budget and entry-level phones priced under 10,000 pesos that were launched during Q2 of 2026.
