Land Bank of the Philippines (LandBank) has just cut their online bank transfer fee via InstaPay from Php 25 to Php 15. SeaBank also clarified that it won’t charge users any fees when using the app’s Mobile Banking page to transfer funds. Customers can still transfer funds from BPI to these e-wallets through the "Cash In" feature for a Php5 cash-in fee.
