Lazada, one of the country's biggest e-commerce platforms, will soon introduce its first fully automated e-commerce warehouse in the Philippines next year. He noted that using AI will not lessen job opportunities for Filipinos since Lazada is "focused on expansion in the country than profit". Lazada's warehouse in Cabuyao will be one of the biggest yet as it will be extended to 60,000 sqm from 30,000 sqm and it will be the first fully automated e-commerce plant in the country next year. We received information from Lazada that their Cash on Delivery payment method is now available for over 17 million products shipped from abroad.
