We received information from Lazada that their Cash on Delivery payment method is now available for over 17 million products shipped from abroad.
Before, the COD option is only available for items that are already ready for shipping in the Philippines. Now, you can enjoy that option for items coming from abroad which gives the buyer some peace of mind as they can check if the items are in good condition before handing over their cash.
However, the COD option for international shipments is currently available for selected merchants only, but more will support it soon.
According to Lazada’s website: “Lazada guarantee that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective.” — pero sobrang daming fake products ang posted.
They don’t even validate sellers in their website.
So kahit COD pa balewala rin kung mapepeke ka naman.
