LCS Holdings Inc., controlled by Luis "Chavit" Singson and UA Withya PCL of Thailand said that the first shared cell tower will be operational in a few months. According to Chavit Singson, they will prioritize the deployment of their common towers in regional and rural areas. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has recently launched an online portal for common tower registration. 008 and 011 series of 2020, the new system eases the application process for registration of Independent Tower Companies (ITC) to operate one or more common towers. The Common Tower Registration Portal requires applicants to fill out the form, as well as attach the complete required documents and submit them online.
