In celebration of the ThinkPad's 25th birthday, Lenovo has released a modern incarnation of the classic ThinkPad with "retro" features - the Lenovo ThinkPad Anniversary Edition 25. It features a classic design and includes iconic "retro" features such as a backlit 7-row ThinkPad Classic keyboard, dedicated volume buttons, multiple status LEDs and a multicolor logo. ThinkPad 700C ThinkPad Anniversary Edition 25 is available in limited quantities on Lenovo.com and through business partners in select countries for $1899. Lenovo is entering the “netbook†market with the IdeaPad S9 and S10. Weighing just above 09.kg, the one-inch thick Lenovo Ideapad will use the Intel Atom processor. Lenovo also boasts of its OneKey Recovery on Microsoft Windows-based netbooks which allows data recovery at the touch of a button in case of a system error or virus occur. The Lenovo Ideapad will be out this September for a suggested retail price of Php22,990 (with either Windows XP or Linux OS).
