LG G4 owners have been reporting an issue for months now about their smartphone failing to boot up over and over again, thus called "boot loop". According to LG's statement as received by Android Authority, the booting issue with the LG G4 smartphone "has now been identified as resulting from a loose contact between components." In other words, the boot loop issue is a hardware problem. If you can remember, LG was faced with a class action lawsuit with its G4, V10, V20, Nexus 5X, and G5 bootlooping issues. Those who are affected with the bootloop issue and have beforehand joined the lawsuit must first fill out a Proof of Claim survey by February 12, 2018.
