LG has released a new entry-level Android smartphone in Brazil that sports a 3-inch display, Android Jellybean, and support for three SIM cards - the LG Optimus L1 II Tri. The Optimus L1 II Tri is pretty much a basic Android smartphone with triple SIM support. The LG Optimus L1 II Tri E475 is available in Black, White, and Pink colors and is priced at 340 Brazilian Real or around Php6,300. A Philippine-based company called Xitrix has assembled their own netbook and the specs are a bit souped up. Xitrix has been dealing with companies and SMEs before and only now that they are introducing their products to regular consumers. Their sales line is (02) 926.82.79 or email [email protected]. Cherry Mobile has a new phone that's capable of handling 3 SIM cards at the same time called the Trident (Q300). Yes, this is probably the first triple-SIM phone to be marketed in the Philippines -- and it's got a TV tuner too.
