In their statement, Grab has asked their passengers to bear with them as there is an increase in their bookings since Uber's operations has been suspended from LTFRB's order (see article here.) They also said that they have capped their fare matrix at 1.4x and has regulated the threshold for passenger surges to control the fares. After the announcing the one-month suspension order of LTFRB to Uber yesterday, the company has filed a motion for reconsideration and has resumed their service operations. After the Facebook post of LTFRB stating that all Transport Network Vehicle Service (TVNS) of Uber shall be suspended for 1 month, Uber has stated in their facebook post that its services will resume until the motion is resolved.
