LTO resumes operations of its offices which are located under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) areas. Looks like the government is keen on catching up on their backlogs as the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Land Transportation Office (LTO) open up a Plate making facility. Arthur Tugade, along with LTO Chief Edgar Galvante, will lead the official inauguration of LTO's Plate Making Facility today. It is located at LTO's Main Office along East Avenue in Quezon City. The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) has announced that the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has activated 25 sites for the issuance of driver's license, student's permit, and conductor's license.
