#M5 Chip

In this video, we finally got our hands on the top-of-the-line, 13-inch iPad Pro with the M5 chip and a whopping 2TB of storage. We put the new M5 chip through its paces to see if it really is as fast as they claim. With the M5 chip and the new accessories, it gets closer than ever. Apple has quietly updated its Vision Pro headset with the new M5 chip, replacing the M2 version launched in 2023. The M5 chip features a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and a 16-core Neural Engine, delivering smoother visuals and around 10% more pixel rendering on its 4K-per-eye micro-OLED displays. The headset now supports refresh rates up to 120Hz, while the R1 chip remains to handle input from 12 cameras, five sensors, and six microphones. Samsung has recently announced its newest Exynos 9 Series 9810 chip built on the world’s first 10nm FinFET process technology and is currently in mass production. According to vice president of System LSI marketing at Samsung Electronics Ben Hur, the chip comes with third-generation custom CPU, ultra-fast gigabit LTE modem and, deep learning-enhanced image processing.
