Both Disney and Yahoo have just announced massive layoffs that come amid a larger string of job cuts happening in the tech and media industry as a whole. Reports say that the layoffs within Yahoo were mainly with their business ad tech unit that allegedly underperformed in terms of profit. The layoffs are just the latest of a slew of job cuts being made in the tech world, with Microsoft, Google, and Meta all announcing layoffs in the past few weeks. What do you make of all these tech layoffs? Konami has announced at Gamescom 2016 their upcoming game and the latest in the Metal Gear franchise - Metal Gear Survive. Metal Gear Survive is Konami's first Metal Gear game without Hideo Kojima. The story takes place after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.
