In a significant leap towards blurring the lines between reality and virtuality, Meta announced the rollout of 28 AIs on its popular messaging platforms - Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. A blend of technology from Meta's Emu model will drive the content on these AI's profiles, including some visually compelling images generated entirely by the AI. Meta clarified that these likenesses represent the AI characters rather than the celebrities themselves. Direct interactions will be fueled by Meta's advanced AI tech, ensuring real-time, dynamic responses. Konami has announced at Gamescom 2016 their upcoming game and the latest in the Metal Gear franchise - Metal Gear Survive. Metal Gear Survive is Konami's first Metal Gear game without Hideo Kojima. The story takes place after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes.
