Microsoft has launched the Publisher Content Marketplace (PCM). Microsoft PCM is a new platform that allows AI products to use licensed premium content while paying publishers for its use. As AI tools increasingly provide direct answers instead of search results, Microsoft says access to trusted, high-quality content is essential for accurate responses. Microsoft plans to expand PCM as the pilot continues, aiming to support sustainable journalism in an AI-driven web. Microsoft introduces a premium version of their AI writing and productivity assistant.
