The Project Solara's system shifts computing from traditional apps to AI agents that can operate across workflows, devices and services. Microsoft says the goal is to make computing more natural where users express their intent in language rather than navigating apps. Project Solara will run on enterprise-grade infrastructure with identity and security tools like Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. It also integrates with tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Microsoft is working with Qualcomm and MediaTek to build reference devices including wearable and desktop concepts. Microsoft has announced to completely remove the Adobe Flash component from Windows through the KB4577586 "Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player" starting June 2021. In July 2017, Microsoft, along with Adobe and their industry technology partners, announced that Adobe Flash Player would no longer be supported after December 2020. Microsoft has announced that the support for Windows 7 will come to an end on January 14, 2020, after its first release in 2009.
