Built on the company’s MiMo reasoning model, MiMo Code features a persistent memory system that stores and organizes project information beyond the model’s context window. Xiaomi claims MiMo Code outperforms Claude Code on key benchmarks. Released under the MIT license, MiMo Code supports third-party AI backends and free access to MiMo-V2.5.
