foodpanda has recently partnered with Globe to provide a mobile plan under Globe Business for the food delivery platform's riders. The KaPanda Plan 500 aims to connect the riders to their customers seamlessly and ensure the productivity of foodpanda's fleet. For only PHP 500 per month, the mobile plan comes with a 2GB allowance for open-access data, 1GB data for Waze, and unlimited calls and text to all networks. "We at foodpanda are witness to the amount of effort Globe Business put into crafting the optimal postpaid plan for our riders. With everything their party is offering our fleet, we cannot deny their role in supporting the daily operations of our riders, therefore spearheading the increase in their productivity alongside our other partners,” said foodpanda community & communications manager Jao Manahan. Surprisingly, very few people are using PLDT WeRoam -- a service which has practically been supplanted by SmartBro Mobile 3G. Globe has not yet shared how long the promo will run or which plans are eligible for the free upgrade. The 300 Mbps plan is designed for homes with many users, such as families who stream, play online games, and work at the same time.
