Earlier talks between the two companies were said to focus on a possible partnership before leading to a full sale. Moonton is best known for creating Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, a widely played mobile game, especially in Southeast Asia. ByteDance bought Moonton in 2021 for $4 billion. Bumped into Art Samaniego of Manila Bulletin during the Nokia N82 Adventure II launch this afternoon and he casually mentioned that there's a new Canon Lens Sale promo going on at Digital Zone.
