X (formerly Twitter) is apparently rolling out new communication features including audio and video calling within the app. While the platform has not officially announced the new feature yet, several users have already received a notification, “Audio and Video calls are here!” It’s not enabled by default; thus users will have to enable the feature through in-app settings. However, X has yet to officially announce this feature. At the moment, it is uncertain whether this feature will be available to all users or limited to Premium users only. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has introduced new rules aimed at making electronic payment fees fairer and more transparent, while also lifting the moratorium on increases in InstaPay and PESONet transaction charges. Under the new rules, BSP-supervised financial institutions (BSFIs) must adopt pricing mechanisms that are reasonable, fair, and based on market conditions. The BSP said the new framework supports its broader goal of promoting digital payments, financial inclusion, and innovation while ensuring adequate consumer protection and regulatory oversight.
