Globe has announced that they will be deactivating all other mobile applications throughout the year in an attempt to unify all platforms into the GlobeOne app and streamline the customer experience. TM, Globe, At Home, and the old Globe One apps are scheduled to be decommissioned, while the Switch and Rewards application has already been incorporated into the New GlobeOne app last November. The New GlobeOne App allows customers to view, monitor, and manage all their Globe subscriptions and accounts under a single application. The service can soon be availed via the GlobeOne app (there's actually a tab in the GlobeOne app that states Starlink but still has no plans offered). (The system can only provide signal up to 12 nautical miles from the coast, if a subscriber may want to use it out in the sea.) Globe has been field testing this service for months now and should be rolling this service out via the GlobeOne app any time soon. Update: Reports from a few subscribers are saying the service is already available in their e-wallet and GlobeOne apps. Most importantly, these new rule changes apply worldwide, not just in the US. As per Apple, the new finish complements the beautiful flat-edge design of the iPhone 12.
