Nike Virtual Studios and EA Sports have just announced a new partnership to further advance their virtual sports experience. The partnership will see members of Nike's Web3 community and marketplace .SWOOSH have access to exclusive "virtual creations" or NFT collections, allowing them to be utilized and worn in future EA Sports titles. The .SWOOSH community released its first NFT collection with the Our Force 1 (OF1) set of virtual creations with it surpassing USD 1 million in sales according to CoinDesk. Nike, the biggest shoe brand in the world, has partnered with NBA All-Star Paul George and PlayStation to release the basketball player's signature shoe that they have called the PG 2.5. Back in October 2015, Nike introduced the limited edition 2015 Nike Mag with self-tying "Power Laces". Now the company is bringing the technology to regular consumers with the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0.
