[gallery ids="401544,401543"] Based on the images, the appear to be attached magnetically to the Joy-Con. The other is a clickable wheel as if used to drag the Joy-Con 2 on a surface like a mouse. Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct presentation that will showcase upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch 2. The latest Nintendo Direct will air on June 9 at 10:00 PM PST. It will feature around 50 minutes of announcements followed by a 95-minute Nintendo Treehouse: Live segment with gameplay demonstrations. Nintendo has said that the presentation will focus on titles launching in the second half of 2026.
