The Nintendo Switch 2 will support backwards compatibility. This means that current Switch players will be able to use their games on the Nintendo Switch 2. Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct presentation that will showcase upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch 2. Nintendo is also expected to share updates on previously announced games such as Star Fox, Rhythm Heaven Groove, Splatoon Raiders and Fire Emblem Shadows. Several stores in the Philippines have officially dropped pre-order details for the new Nintendo Switch 2.
