The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has started testing the internet speeds of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) since September last year. Apparently, not a lot of subscribers are willing to let the NTC visit their houses and do the random tests. The NTC commissioners are now calling our for volunteers to have their ISP connections tested.
