After receiving Android 8.0 Oreo around the end of 2017 and the start of 2018, OnePlus' iconic 5 and 5T smartphones are now receiving the 8.1 update. OnePlus is also encouraging users of previous versions of their OS to send in feedback through this link. OnePlus sure gave their users some nifty gifts this Christmas. Two to be exact -- The Oreo update for the OnePlus 5 and the announcement that the Face Unlock feature will also be coming to the device. We first saw this feature on the recently released OnePlus 5T. The announcement came via an official tweet from OnePlus founder Carl Pei.
