Opera has rolled out Gemini-powered AI features to more of its browsers, expanding support beyond Opera Neon to include Opera One and Opera GX, bringing smart tools to over 80 million users worldwide. Opera says the system now runs on its upgraded agent-based engine first introduced in Neon, delivering responses up to 20% faster. According to Opera, its partnership with Google enables these Gemini features to be offered for free in Opera One and GX, while users of the Neon browser gain access to more advanced Gemini 3 Pro capabilities. Opera has just announced the integration of AI-generated content services into its browser on both PC and mobile. According to The Verge, Opera will begin rolling out its Shorten feature to users very soon.
