In an effort to promote the use of electric or hybrid vehicles in Quezon City, Mayor Herbert Bautista recently signed the Ordinance No. 2398 which exempts these cars from the number coding scheme within the city. Do note though that the ordinance does not exempt unregistered alternative fueled vehicles.
