After launching the flagship smartphones P10 and P10 Plus, Huawei has officially announced the toned down version called the P10 Lite. This release was not surprising as the company did the same approach last year with the P9 Lite. The only things carried over from last year's Lite handset are the display size and resolution, front camera, and battery capacity -- although the P10 Lite still has advantage in this aspect due to its fast charging feature. The P9 Lite was still a decent performer thanks to the combination of its internals, but with the P10 Lite around, we do expect better performance. Under the hood, the 600 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite while the 17T Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 9500, and both are insanely powerful. From literally having the same battery capacity and the same performance, it’s no surprise that both offer roughly the same battery life as well.
