Paymaya adds a new feature in its app that allows commuters to purchase QR and other travel tickets on select public transportation options. Commuters may now pay for their beep QR tickets for the BGC Bus in Taguig and the Topline Express Ferry routes in Cebu, avoiding them to queue in long lines in the stations. Commuters can also top up their beep cards for use in other transportation lines, such as LRT and MRT, through the PayMaya app under the Treat menu. PayMaya users may also top-up their EasyTrip or Autosweep RFID accounts and pay for their airplane tickets from Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines using PayMaya.
