Xiaomi has introduced the SkyNomad, a new electric SUV series designed for both everyday driving and life inside the vehicle.
Unlike the Xiaomi SU7 and YU7 which are more about driving performance, the SkyNomad goes a bit differently, with a reconfigurable cabin that can shift into a workspace, a lounge, or even a family area when it is parked.
It is built on Xiaomi’s new Kunlun Architecture and comes with a flat floor and movable seats. These can sort of re-aim themselves for whatever you need, say, everyday commuting, weekend travel, or camping. Xiaomi also says the whole concept blends its AI capabilities with smart ecosystem bits and manufacturing know-how to deliver a more flexible in-car experience that feels practical and adaptable.
The Xiaomi SkyNomad series is scheduled to launch soon in mainland China, with more details expected in the coming weeks.
