In an electorate of over 67 million voters as of 2022, that would still translate to some 4 million Filipinos who might distrust the outcome of elections. According to the Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA), 49 of 178 countries surveyed have adopted a form of electronic voting in either national or subnational elections, including the Philippines.
