Manila Electric Company (Meralco) has announced scheduled power interruptions in select parts of Metro Manila, Bulacan, and CALABARZON starting September 29, 2020. To bypass long-standing infrastructure bottlenecks and total signal dead zones, the mobile service hubs are heavily outfitted with specialized satellite-powered connectivity terminals. DICT-Cordillera Regional Director Jimmicio Daoaten said this: “As we continue in building a Bagong Pilipinas, the DICT remains committed to creating a digitally empowered nation where no Filipino, no Cordilleran is left behind." While no powerhouse, it's definitely good enough for daily use. It features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 Mobile Platform.
