A French startup is looking to revive that trend with the release of Prynt –a smartphone case that has built-in printer. The recent Prynt prototype is built for smartphones with 4.x-inch display and can hold up to 30 sheets of paper. The company is also keen to point out that unlike dedicated printers, Prynt establishes a physical connection to your handset, allowing the picture to be processed much faster than having to transfer it via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. According to the company, they’re planning to put up a Kickstarter campaign early next year for Prynt. There’s currently no word how much will the company sell their awesome smartphone case, but supporters of the project will get the Prynt for USD99 when it hits the startup platform.
