#qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 chipset

Qualcomm has just announced the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3, which targets mid-range smartphones. Qualcomm claims that this chipset has a 15% processor performance boost over the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2. But even so, Qualcomm claims that the GPU is 45% faster than the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2’s GPU. For cameras, the new chipset seems to have similar capabilities to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. On board, it uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and OnePlus says it brings noticeable speed gains over the last generation. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 includes AI-powered camera features, Qualcomm Adaptive Performance Engine 4.0 for gaming, up to 21% better GPU performanc, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and ultra-fast 5G connectivity.
