#Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 has been unveiled, set to power upcoming midrange smartphones. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 supports Qualcomm Elite Gaming features including Game Super Resolution and Adaptive Performance Engine 3.0. At the time of writing, the first device announced to have the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 under the hood is the Redmi Note 15 Pro+. Qualcomm has announced the new Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 and Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processors. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 includes AI-powered camera features, Qualcomm Adaptive Performance Engine 4.0 for gaming, up to 21% better GPU performanc, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and ultra-fast 5G connectivity. Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 can deliver up to 77% better GPU performance and supports 90FPS gameplay which is a first for the first time in the Snapdragon 4 series. According to Qualcomm, upcoming devices powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 will come from brands including HONOR and REDMI. Meanwhile, smartphones using Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 are expected from OPPO, realme and REDMI.
