According to Qualcomm, the Snapdragon Wear 2100 SoC will allow manufacturers to produce wearable technology with "sleek designs, long battery life, smart-sensing, and always- connected experiences." It will come in both tethered (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi) and connected (4G/LTE and 3G) versions.
