Google's new update for its Play Games app will bring screen recording and commentary just like those other desktop PC gamers on YouTube. There's option for 720p or 480p plus additional video recording from your front-camera and voice recording via built-in microphone. Version 2.1 also introduces higher bitrate recording options for H.264 and H.265, enabling users to record video with improved quality without the storage demands of ProRes. It features an improved processing power, better camera quality, longer battery life, and indicator light to let people know when it's recording.
