Two smartphones in the sub-PHP 10K price range were announced just today, the Cherry Mobile Aqua S10 Pro and the Xiaomi Redmi 10. However, the Redmi 10 has the advantage of having a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Cherry Mobile Aqua S10 Pro is powered by a Helio G90 announced in 2019, while the Redmi 10 uses a newer Helio G88. Memory and Storage The Aqua S10 Pro only comes in 6GB + 128GB, while the Redmi 10 comes in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. While both have LPDDR4X RAM, the Aqua uses a faster UFS 2.1, while the Redmi uses eMMC 5.1. When it comes to memory expansion, the Aqua S10 Pro has a dedicated microSD card slot, while the Redmi 10 uses a hybrid setup. The Redmi 10, however, has a higher resolution main and ultra-wide cameras. However, Redmi 10 is loaded with an IR blaster, NFC, dual-speakers, and FM radio, which is good for those looking for those features.
