Google gives a heads-up to its G Suite users about the Trash Items that will be automatically deleted on Google Drive. Google has been doing changes with its retention policies for the items in the Trash in Google Drive. Files deleted via Drive File Stream will be purged from the system trash after 30 days. Files in shared drives trash are already automatically deleted after 30 days. Google will also show in-app notifications in Google Drive.
