As posted by Antutu, the Samsung Exynos 1080 utilizes semi-conductor technology and is based on a 5nm architecture. Pan Xuebao, the Samsung Exynos 1080 uses ARM’s latest CPU architecture Cortex-A78 and the latest GPU architecture Mali-G78. The first smartphone to equip the Samsung Exynos 1080 chipset will be from vivo. Samsung also shared that it will release a 5nm flagship chipset in the form of Exynos 2100.
