I’m unsure if this one is better than the wider screen and touch Samsung Omnia but I guess there’s room for one more. I reckon that the Samsung i8510 is positioned against the Nokia N95 while the Omnia is targetted as an iPhone alternative.

Guys, are you sure the price will be around 1170 USD?

this phone is quite tempting. however, quite expensive too… 1170USD—> ~P50k+! that’s worth a laptop already. is that for real? if only the price is not that high i’ll buy this phone. but i’m willing to wait for this phone.

Looks cool – only small complaint is that it is using an LED flash – seems crazy to provide such a good camera without a zenon flash. i reckon with symbian s60/3 it will run Uzzap very well though :)

sweet! would you know when this will be available here in the philippines?

  7. I would love to get my hands on this… Though I might prefer the Omnia still. Windows Mobile > Symbian. :-)… Though prefer Linux for desktop/laptop computing over Windows XP/Vista.
