The Galaxy A5 (2016), on the other hand, was priced at Php19,990 but is now at Php15,990. We have spotted the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) in a mall in Mandaluyong, carrying a price tag of almost Php20K. The Galaxy A5 (2016) is one of the three members of Samsung's Galaxy A-Series 2016 announced in December 2015. The other ones are the Galaxy A7 (2016) and the Galaxy A3 (2016). Samsung announced that a joint study with Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital in Korea found that the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 can predict vasovagal syncope (VVS) or sudden fainting episodes using health data collected by the smartwatch.
