After releasing their FE line of devices with the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, and Galaxy Tab S9+ FE. Samsung has silently launched another budget-friendly tablet in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 and Tab A9+ in both Samsung Guatemala and Amazon UAE. The Galaxy Tab A9 features an 8.7-inch IPS LCD display with a 1340 x 800 resolution. The Galaxy Tab A9+ on the other hand is said to be even slimmer at just 6.9mm The Tab A9 will also include Dual 1W speakers while the Tab A9+ will see Quad 1.2W Speakers. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 with LTE is priced at GTQ 1,499 (~PHP 10,888) on Samsung Guatemala and AED 699 (~PHP 10,790) on Amazon UAE. No word on pricing and availability for the Galaxy Tab A9+ has been made as of writing, neither pricing nor availability of both tablets for the Philippines. Samsung announced that a joint study with Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital in Korea found that the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 can predict vasovagal syncope (VVS) or sudden fainting episodes using health data collected by the smartwatch.
